This dress is beautiful and very flattering but runs very short.
The 4R fit but was WAY too short. I ended up wearing the 6R, which was also too short for heals but fine with flats. This dress is great for those of us with a larger top - it looks very classy. However, I have pretty straight hips, and it did add some weight there. I was able to wear a regular bra with the dress.
