Great color, weight, and skirt but VERY tight arms/shoulders
Unfortunately, this dress was SUPER tight across the shoulders/arms (but not necessarily in the bust or waist?) so I had to return it without wearing.

This dress is incredible!
I loved the scuba "weight" of this dress, it meant that it fit everywhere but also didn't fly up, even though it was a full skirt. It definitely runs large, which is very flattering for the ego ;) The neckline frames you beautifully, and you don't have to wear any special undergarments. The red is also great -- not too orange, not too pink.
