Although I think it's intentional, the wash of this black denim is more faded than the picture shows (which is a cool look, if that's what you're going for). I wore size 1X, and although it fit me well (because I'm just smaller than a 1X), I do think this particular cut runs a little small. I wore this dress with a mustard yellow flat and the overall effect was fabulous!

I loved everything about this beautifully made dress. It's also lined, which is a nice touch. The cut is very flattering to pear shapes (I'm 38C/12 on top/14 on bottom). This dress borders on formal--the material has a stiffness to it that makes it feel almost gown-like. I'm 5'2, so the dress went close to my ankles, but I balanced it out with strappy wedges and the effect was lovely.

This was the smallest size 14 I've ever seen. In my opinion, this was a size 10. I couldn't even get it over my head (38C/12 on top/14 on bottom). The dress itself was beautifully made.

I loved everything about this dress. It was lined, which is a nice touch that shows how well made it is. It looks great on its own, or with a denim jacket on top. The Liberty print is classic, and the cut of this dress is perfect for pear-shaped bodies (I'm 38C/12 on top/14 on bottom).

I'm a pear shape, and I carry all of my extra weight in my lower half (38C/12 on top/14 on bottom). The top of this piece looked fine, but the lower stomach and butt were hilariously bad on me. The legs were also too long for my short legs (I'm 5'2").

This was for a community dinner at my child's school.
I probably could have used the XL, since I carry my weight in my bottom half, and the top was bordering on too large for me (38C/12 on top/14 on bottom). If you are heavy chested, this should flatter you and minimize your top. The color and material were beautiful, and I dressed it up with strappy wedges and statement earrings. I'm also short, and the leg length was fine.
