very hard to get the fit right
I really wanted to wear this dress to a wedding, and spent almost an hour reading all the reviews, and trying to assess fit. I wouldn't bother. The dress is pretty, but the fit was totally weird on me, and while I could have walked outside without it looking bizarre if I kept it very pulled down (so the sleeves had some contact with my shoulders) it would have been not flattering. I could see how if it did fit it would be sexy and beautiful. I found that none of the 6 dresses I ordered fit at all, so I would be wary of trying to make it work,

comically large
I ordered this for a fall wedding, and the material is very pretty, but like many dresses of this style, it is comically large. I am an 8 or 10 in dresses, consistently, and I was swimming in the 38. I wore it out once, and between the scratchy material and the hugeness, quickly changed. I could have tolerated the discomfort for a wedding, for sure, but should have sized down so much.

pretty material for every day, but very large top
As a winter sweater dress, this is an interesting and well-made dress. I love the shoulder pads! I wear an 8 or 10 in dresses, and the bottom of the 40 was tight, but definitely fit. The top, however, was very large, and this made it hard to wear. I tried once or twice, but felt awkward and never wore it out.

unimpressive
if you need a green dress with sequins, this would fit the bill. This dress all fit and hugged my body, the only one of the 6 dresses I ordered that even fit at all (despite reading all the reviews). That said, it doesn't feel expensive or particular heft as a dress.

beautiful dress but large
The dress is beautiful, and the colors are so fun. this could feel formal or more special date night. Unfortunately, the 8 was way too large for me, and I wear an 8-10 in dresses consistently. I couldn't wear it. I would have guessed it was a 12 if I tried it on in stores. The bust line basically fell off, and I could pull in the waist to see how it would look more fitted, and it would have been beautiful! I was pretty bummed by it. Maybe I was sent the wrong size?

well-made, but odd fit (very large)
I'm consistently an 8 or 10 in dresses, and was very excited about this dress. The material is beautiful, but the dress in an 8 was way too large. The boning was not form-fitting at all and the straps too big. I got 6 dresses from Rent the Runway, and carefully read all the reviews and none fit. I would be wary.
