I wore this dress for New Years Eve dinner and party. The color was fantastic! Paired with a gold emerald necklace, also rented here, black pumps and a gold/black purse, it was a fun and stylish way to welcome in the New Year. It may have been more of a statement of "I'm ready for 2014 - bring it on!!" The fit was pretty true to size. The Medium was a little large across the back, so I went with the small. Also, you'll need to either go commando or wear a thong - it shows every line.

I felt like I walked out of a scene from Breakfast at Tiffany's. I wore my hair in an up-do and accessorized with larger jewelry to keep with the theme. The fabric is fantastic. It definitely runs large, but the accompanying belt allows you to show off a smaller waist so the flair in the skirt doesn't look wide. I'm usually a 4, sometimes a 6. The 6 was very large, but the 4 fit great. If you're between sizes go down a size. The bust runs a little tight, so if you're large busted go up a size.

I received quite a few compliments on the dress throughout the evening. But be prepared, as with most sheath dresses - the snug fit shows every curve.

It was a bit shorter on me than shown in the model, but lots of compliments all night.

I usually wear a 4 and the 4 fit well with a little extra room in the waist. Comfortable fit with the way material drapes around waist. If you have a muscular back or larger busts you may have to size up, but the straps are adjustable. A little longer than I expected, but still looked flattering (I'm 5'7" and it was just above my knees). Color is more of a deep purple - almost looks black under low lighting. The material and style is perfect for a formal affair.
