Rented this dress in a panic after the first one didn't work. It has more structure/boning in it then I would have thought. Stays off the shoulder very well and felt like I could dance no problem! Ran a bit small and it is not stretchy whatsoever.

Rented for my best friends outdoor wedding in Vermont in September. Originally rented the burgundy but when they were unable to send it I chose this blue version. Dress was perfect for the occasion and I was able to wear it with tights and boots since it was cold. If you have big boobs SIZE UP. ITS LOW CUT. I ended up safetypinning it shut because it was just very low.

This dress was really beautiful in person. It is definitely more silver/navy rather than white and navy as it looked in the picture. It also has a like sparkle/sheen to it that I wasn't expecting- but was nice!! The reason it's 3 stars are the pockets. Was SO excited for them but unfortunately the pockets completely stick out. It's BAD. Nothing could get them to lay flat. It was not my hips, it was the dress. The top was also a bit narrow for my liking and I felt like I had armpit fat all night. I got a ton of compliments but it wasn't my favorite.

Endless compliments all night wearing this dress. The color is simply stunning. It is very fitted- if you're self conscious at all in your tummy area this dress will be challenging. I was able to wear a strapless bra and spanks and made it work. Truly stunning in person!!

I fell in love with this dress the moment I saw it. I was SO excited to wear it to a big wedding but got an email saying only the smaller size was available the day before my rental. When it arrived I could squeeze in to the smaller size, but it just wasn't comfortable. I couldn't move or sit comfortably, but it did look great standing still! Definitely can't wear a bra with this dress which would usually not work for me, but in this dress it did. It's built so well. The fabric is heavier than you would expect. It would be hot for an outdoor summer wedding. Overall I'm bummed I didn't get to try the larger size to see if it would have worked. But it's a gorgeous dress!

THIS DRESS IS EVERYTHING!! It was sent as a replacement after the original dress I ordered wasn't able to be sent to me in both sizes. It is breath taking, light, and was so perfect for a beach wedding. I got a million compliments and felt stunning. I wore flats so it was a little bit long. It also had a tear in the hem (which wasn't noticeable but I could easily see how it happened). Overall this is the best dress I have ever rented!

I rented this dress as a back up for a wedding. I thought since it ran in letter sizes it would be a sure thing in terms of fit. When the dress arrived it was missing the under slip, but RTR got me a replacement the next day! When the second one arrived I tried it on and the slip was SO small. I was almost sure it had been shrunk or was the wrong size. It was literally so short it ended at my butt cheeks. I wore this to the rehearsal dinner and while it looked pretty, I was self conscious most of the night.

I rented this dress for a fall wedding in Pennsylvania. I wanted something that could be worn if tights if necessary and that wouldn't look silly outdoors as the ceremony was outside. Luckily it was warm enough to wear without tights but they would have looked fine. Like other reviewers have said, this dress runs small. Especially through the arms. I couldn't even begin to fit my arms into the size 10 even though it might have fit through the body. The quality of the lace was okay- but you can tell this is a popular dress and this specific one had been worn many times. That was only something I could tell up close though and didn't deter me from wearing it at all. I got a ton of compliments and the color is gorgeous. Would definitely recommend it! Also LOVE that it has pockets. Perfect for your phone :)

This dress is AMAZING! It honestly looks better in person then it does here on the model. I was a little bit hesitant to rent it because I have a large bust and others had commented on the top fitting a little bit small. I ordered the M and L and after trying on both went with the M even though it was a little small in the chest (I'm a 36D). The cleavage was NOT subtle so I wouldn't rent this if you have a large chest and you don't want to flaunt it. I got SO many compliments on this dress and can't wait to rent another Herve Leger!
