Love the leather accents and the form fitting stretchy fabric. I did find it to run small. The shoulders were tight and I kept finding the skirt to creep up (maybe due to my tights??). Sleeves were long. I will give it another try but in a medium.

Loved this dress. True to size. It has some stretch. The slit is appropriately sexy but not too much. You'll need pasties or a low strapless bra.
