This dress is so flattering and comfortable! I typically wear a 6P in dresses and the 44R fit well. I am 5’2” and wore the dress with3” heels. As other reviewers noted, the waistband is very snug. I have a really short torso so the top was a little big. It is itchy where the mesh touches your skin but not unbearable. There is a nice lining in the front of the top. The back is see-through. The dress arrived damaged- someone ripped out the lining in the front of the dress so it was completely see-through. The size 46R was too large and I wasn’t t crazy about my backup. RTR was wonderful and sent me a beautiful replacement gown, but I liked this one too much to give up. I wore the dress with a black silky tank underneath. Honestly I don’t think it was noticeable and this allowed me to wear a normal bra. I absolutely loved this dress, it’s so much fun!

As the other reviews noted, this dress runs slim through the hips. I have an hourglass shape and it was VERY tight on my hips and thighs. The material is thick and hid imperfections. Even with the snug fit, I almost opted to wear this gown. It really is gorgeous! I am 5’2” and the 6 petite was a perfect length with 3” heels. I would definitely order this dress again as a backup.
