Won’t work for narrower hips.
This was too large in the hips for me, so I couldn’t wear, unfortunately. For reference, my hips are about 36.5 in and I had the small. The fabric doesn’t lay right if it is too large and adds inches with noticeable fabric puckering.

Loved it!
I loved this dress and thought it was really flattering! Also surprisingly warm on a cold day. I am normally a small or XS but used the backup XXS for my engagement photos. The S was more comfortable but was more voluminous in sleeves and elsewhere. So you could size down in this or stay true to size depending on what function you’re planning to wear it for. You can’t wear a bra but I had no issues wearing just sticky boobs or you might be able to even get away with nothing.

Loved it!
This dress was great for the black tie optional fall wedding I attended. Had no issues with the strapless staying up for dancing as it fit me pretty snug.

This was kinda big on top and tight in the midsection, which is unusual for me as I'm a 32DD hourglass figure. Didn't wear bc it was unflattering in midsection.
