I was hoping it would extra lift and oomph to my 32 B strapless, but it really just ended up being a pain. The inserts are quite large and kind of awkward to place into your bra. (As in they stick out if you dont put them in correctly). Maybe they would work better if my bra were bigger. My bras fit me perfect, so there isnt much extra space for the inserts. So, what end up happening is that the bra kept falling down and had a weird space beteen my breasts and the bra from the inserts. Anyway, I will try them with my bathing suit and a normal bra to see if that works better.

But, it did the job. It wasnt anything to write home about. In case you are wondering on the color. Its like a silver/gray. And matte. Not at all shiny or blingy.
