The necklace is really pretty. Its a great layering piece and I love wearing it.
Cons- slightly resembles a tooth. Pros- you can adjust the length which makes it a great piece to layer with.

Customer service was very accommodating.
It was true to size. I received a ton of compliments on the dress. It was very heavy fabric. I had ordered a different dress that never showed up. It is not a dress I would have picked off of the website but I did end up loving it and would totally wear it again.
