Runs ridiculously small
I'm a tall, slim size 4. Not curvy at all. Ordered this in a S and it was so tight there was a 4" zipper gap. Had to order an emergency backup to replace it. Not cool.

Beautiful but ill-fitting.
This gown was gorgeous in the photo and looked lovely on the hanger, too, but fit very awkwardly in the bodice. I rented it for my teen for Prom, but had to find an alternate dress because we just couldn't make this one work. It fit her in the hips and waist, but the front of the bodice gaped open and the panels on the back of the dress would not lay flat - they just flopped open, even when the back button was fastened. I think this gown must be cut for long torsos, because even with tape, we could not get this gown to lay on her bodice the way it lays on the model's body in the online photo. I even tried on the size 2 myself, and had the same problems with the bodice fit. Very disappointing, because we had such high hopes. I would say this gown is best reserved for women with long measurements between the shoulders and the waist.

Thin, transparent gown
I rented this dress as a back-up for my teen to wear to Prom, but she rejected it immediately. The fabric is uncommonly thin and transparent, and the gown lacked sufficient structure to serve as a Prom dress. Also, she generally wears a 0, but this gown was too small around her bust to zip.

Comfortable Gatsby-themed dress
I searched for months for a great 20s-style dress for the Gatsby themed CARE Ball. Everything was either a chintzy costume of a $300+ beaded gown. I finally found this little frock on RTR and it did the trick! It was comfortable and easy to wear. The dress is two pieces: a black linen tank dress and a sequined lace over-lay. The waist is elasticized, so I pulled it down to my hips to get that drop-waist silhouette that was popular in the 20s. This dress wasn't a show-stopper, but I got a few compliments. It was a good compromise between a cheap flapper costume and a costly Sue Wong gown.

Blingy, petite, feminine, expensive looking!
Loved this little clutch! It went perfectly with the red Beauty in a Bottle Badgley Mischka gown and silver strappy heels I wore. Only drawback was the depth of the bag. It was too shallow to hold my iPhone, so my boyfriend had to carry my phone. I still was able to fit cash, a drivers' license, powder compact, lip liner, lip gloss, and a friend's lipstick, so there was plenty of room - just not for an iPhone.

This gown is a SHOWSTOPPER!
I wore this amazing gown for the Mistletoe Ball, and received DOZENS of compliments! The dress was well-made in a deep red, heavy, smooth fabric. I have a slender build with a small bust, so the 4L back-up I requested would have fit better, but it wasn't shipped due to damage from the prior rental. Still, I was able to make this gown work with a little help from Victoria's Secret ;) With 4" heels (and I'm 5'8"), the hem landed right at the floor. The dress has very good boning and structure, and was still comfortable enough to wear for a sit-down dinner. Best of all, my boyfriend LOVED the gown!
