I wore this dress as a backup to a burlesque themed charity event (I ordered last minute so almost everything in the theme was sold out). I was a feeling a bit self-concious because I was out of the theme, but within the first 10 minutes I got so many compliments that I no longer cared how off theme I was. I went to this event with a boy who had only ever seen me in hiking clothes, and it was worth it when he looked me up and down and said, "damn, you look like a girl." I will say that if you are chestier, this dress is all boob.

I did not end up wearing this dress to my event- which was a burlesque themed charity event. I felt it was very unflattering on an hourglass body. It was a beautiful dress (very difficult to get on and off) and I wanted to love it, but after getting opinions from three of my close friends we all decided that the cut of the dress did not do much for my body type.

I felt great in this dress. It was tight, like other HL dresses, but it didn't matter because it makes your curves look amazing. I really would only fit the medium in this dress, so I won't get an extra size next time. This dress was also a thinner material than the other HL's I have rented. It makes your boobs look great and you can wear a regular bra.

Like the other reviewers, I was nervous this dress would be too short. It was the perfect length and looked beautiful from the side and back. While I don't have a visible stomach, I also don't have a six-pack and was worried the cut of this dress would accentuate my softness. I did initially feel as though I looked a little wide from straight on, but the multitude of compliments I received helped me get past that and feel great for the rest of the night. The tutu-ish part of the dress did awkwardly get stuck in the dinner chairs a few times though. There's alot to think about when wearing this dress, but it looks great on almost everybody type (based on the photos) and is extremely unique. addendum: I had dinner with the groom last night and he has informed me that both he and his mother have received multiple questions about "the girl with the dress," and specifically where to get this dress.
