Pretty and subtle
These go with most everything because colors like soft glass gray, blue, clear. Comfortable to wear and not heavy

Definitely needed help zipping up. I would get “back up “ in size larger in case can’t zip bodice past a pinch point. Don’t need bra underneath. Very supportive and thick fabric. One we got it zipped it was very comfortable and stayed in place. I’m 5’2 and 122. The 4R worked well with heals but could have done a 6P possibly and still good. Get both sizes.

Not a fit for me
This dress has a fixed collar around the neck so there is no tightening/ lifting the bodice. If you are short-wasted this dress will not work for you. I had to return both dresses without wearing because it was too long in the bodice

This dress is not for you if you are short from the waist up. Typically I can do a size 4 regular (petite is better I'm 5'2) and just wear tall heels. With this dress the straps were also way too long on the top. I imagine it's the same on the petite but it wasn't available for my weekend.

Loved it! Well made and glamourous
Very good fit. Don't even need a strapless bra. Not easy to use the restroom in, but other than that fabulous dress!! Beautiful print and love the black toule overlay...made the dress!

Loved the dress! It's my favorite rental thus far. Very glamorous! You won't regret renting this !
Well made and well lined. No need for bra (though I did wear a strapless, but probably didn't need to) or special undergarments. Comfortable! I recommend selecting your true size and also going up a size for back up. I'm a 4, size C and the fit was snug but good though a bit tight in ribs when sitting. The size 2 was definitely too small- couldn't zip up as too tight around rib cage. Our event was outside and I felt warm enough because so well made. I felt special wearing this dress!

I rented this for a photo shoot advertising a Ruby Affair ball at our local botanical gardens.
The fit was great and comfortable. I was worried about a bra, but you don't need one. The top gives support and coverage that's comfortable and attractive. It stays up due to the built in support. I have a tiny bit of a tummy (as most women are not rock hard) and this dress does not pull that in. I found myself sucking in a bit, so you may want a little extra support there to be completely at ease. Otherwise, it was comfortable and moved well with me. I am 5'2" so i wore 3-4"heels and had no drag or need of pinning.
