I wore this to a rehearsal dinner. It was gorgeous and heavy. The only problem is that it was a little big and there is no adjusting it so I had to keep sliding it up on my forearm over and over to make sure it didn't fall off.

This was perfect for the wedding I was in. It matched my shoes perfectly and gave a lot of sparkle! You could see some of the places where the glitter was worn off but it wasn't much nor was it noticeable unless you looked closely at the bag.

I am 33", 27", 38" 127 pounds, 5'3" and wore the size 4 (I'm usually a 2 or 4 in Shoshanna dresses). This dress, like other posters have said runs short but it's only an issue if you have to bend down to pick something up and I did have to make sure that, when sitting, it was covering my tush b/c it's that short. Looks great on but I'm glad it was a dark restaurant that I was in b/c in daylight or any light for that matter, you can see the dress is a bit run down. There was a small hole in the ruching in the right sleeve and the bottom lace was a little worn looking/frayed. But hey, for one night, I felt pretty and loved it!
