This worked out great for me at 5 weeks post-partum. It covered my bumps and lumps but still looked festive with the bright color and on trend sleeves. It felt a little short - lifting my arms up revealed my shapewear - but not enough to look inappropriate.

I LOVE DVF dresses....I own a number of them and try to wear them any chance I get. I find they usually run small, but this one was even smaller than I am used to! I wanted to wear this out to a dinner party, but it felt very daytime to me. I wore it with cute sneakers & a denim jacket for a day of shopping with my mom and it felt appropriate for that. I fit in the 0, but it was SHORT so I went with the 2 (and I have very short legs at 5'2").

I wore this dress for my engagement photo shoot. The vibrant color was great for photos in a garden. The material was nice & breathable which was great for being outside. Worn with flat sandals & simple jewelry, this was a nice dressy casual look. I could also see myself wearing this dress with heels & fancier jewelry for a daytime wedding/formal event. The skirt definitely flares out, so you are definitely covered in the tummy/hips/butt area, but it's not too flared out that it looks weird. I usually hover between a 0 & 2 and the 0 was definitely the right fit. I would say this runs true to size, maybe very slightly small.

This dress was so cute & flattering! I ordered 0 & 2 and went with the 0. I'm 5'2" and the hem hit right at the top of my knee. With a statement necklace and kitten heels, this was perfect for my daytime brunch. Color was true to size. Pockets were an added bonus but didn't add bulk. Loved it!

I wore this for my engagment party in mid-November. It fit very true to size. The fabric didn't have any stretch, so I was relieved that my larger bust didn't look or feel squished in. The lighter purple part of the dress looked lighter in person than in the product photo here, but I thought it was very pretty. I wore this with black tights & black booties and received so many compliments! I agree with some other reviewers that this fabrication is probably best left to cooler months - the crochet would probably get hot the summer.

I wore this dress for a wedding & received many compliments! I agree with other reviewers' suggestions to use (and bring extra!) fashion tape to keep your bra from making a guest appearance all night. I wore one of the Victoria's Secret Very Sexy bras and it was low enough to not be seen. Overall Fit is very flattering - the twist in the tummy area will ensure you can actually eat & still look great. Usually I wear a 2, but here I wore a 0, so definitely choose a size down for your backup size. The color was a beautiful gray - pretty true to the color you see here. The back is very smooth so make sure you have some Spanx ;)

I rented this dress for my boyfriend's birthday party. I was so excited for it, however I was unable to wear it because the torso was very long for my short little body. I am 5'2" and usually wear a size 2, but in the size 0 in this dress, the cutouts were at my hip bones! Definitely too bad.
