The fabric was soft and lightweight, but overall this dress is just "meh." Sleeves were shorter on me than they appear on the model, and the dress kind of reminded me of ones I wore in elementary school, but not in a cool throwback-vibe kind of way.

Wore this twice; once for a typical day at work and then again while traveling on business.
RtR describes a size 40 as a 2, but this dress fit me more like a 6 typically fits. Overall it was loose, but still fit well enough to wear to work. Fabric was a great weight for spring/summer, and did not wrinkle even after a long flight.

Runs large, I typically wear a 4 and could have easily gotten an XS. Length seemed average, I wore very low heels but also could have worn flats with no issues. Fabric is very soft and floral pattern is a great, bright contrast to the black. Wear with a nu bra or without a bra.

The fit of the waistline was lumpy, which gave my midsection a weird lumpy look as well. I intended to wear a fitted top with this, but couldn't figure out what kind of top would be best given the odd elastic waistline. Wound up not wearing it.
