I have rented at least seven or eight dresses on here and this was the least expensive, but definitely did not look it! I don't think any Shapeware is needed and I also did not need to wear a bra - just nip covers. It was formfitting without being tight, and easy to wear all night.

This is a fabulous dress. Unfortunately the only real picture I have is from the waist up. The side/bottom/back is what really makes it. The other two pictures were me trying the dress on when it came to the house, so not ready for the event. I wanted to show it from the side and back. The lace is beautiful. I had a NYE meltdown where my original dress did not look right on me and RTR sent me 2 dresses, overnight, including this one. I wore the other for NYE b/c I knew everyone would be in black (the other was red) but rented this again one week later for my company party. I'm just under 5'6 and wore 3 1/2 inch heels. The side pleat hit just above the ground. It's classy and sexy, without being over the top. It reminds me of a salsa or flamenco dress.

I really wish I had a full picture of this dress but I only ended up with three photos that people took from their phones. In a dark room. Oh well. Loved the dress. I can often times size down to a 4 but there would never have been any chance of that happening with this dress (which interestingly enough I did the last time I rented from this designer). My husband said he thought it looked like it was made for me. Super sweet. But it did fit just perfectly. Wouldn't have looked right any bigger. If you're considering renting this, I believe opting on the side of next size up for the second dress, to be safe.

This is the 5th dress I've rented from RTR and each time has been a great success. I was a little confused when reading the reviews from others on whether they were putting the American conversion size down for the dresses they wore or using the British sizing. Anyhow, I rented this in an 8 and a 10R (British sizing) and went with the 10R. The 8R definitely fit but I felt like the 10R laid better across the front. There was no gapping at any point throughout the evening. The length was also perfect with 3 inch heels (I'm just a hair under 5'6.). I wore this to an Inaugural Ball and no one had anything similar on - color or style - which was fantastic. Thanks RTR!!!

I loved this dress. Everyone loved this dress. I was nervous renting this one at first for a few reasons. 1) No one had reviewed it yet, 2) I wasn't sure the front would be flattering since there was not a straight on picture, 3) I was worried it would end up looking like a big tent. This dress was so flattering. The jersey is a nice heavy jersey so it hangs beautifully. It skimmed over my hips just right and made me look thinner than I actually am. Obviously the back is amazing; that's why they show that first in the pictures. It's asymmetrical so doesn't drape down the center of your back but off to one side rather. The shoulders can be worn straight across like a boat neck but I found it more flattering to wear just off one shoulder. It's edgy for sure. The drape in the back is not so low that you need to be concerned you're giving anyone a free show. Lastly, I am just under 5'6 and wore 3.5 inch heels. I am SO glad I ordered the long. Last time I was on the fence about ordering regular or long and wished all night I had gotten long. Great dress! I know people always say they hate returning a dress but this one is actually a reasonable price so I may have to purchase it.

This is my first rental that is not getting 5 stars but I'm the only person who did not fall in love with this dress. I received a ton of compliments all night, and even the next day people were talking about it. Sorry this is not a flattering picture. It's the only one I have this soon after the event. If you rent this dress, do not size up! Size down. I have never in my life been a size 2 but the 4 was just too big. I'm also just under 5'6" so fall in between the two heights here where they tell you whether to order R or L. I wish I had ordered the Long b/c with heels, this did not hit the floor like I had wanted it to. If I had taken advantage of working with a Stylist, they probably would have told me that so it's my own fault. Anyhow, fun dress. Just be sure not to size up and when in doubt, go long. (My heels were 3 inches)

This capelet completes the outfit. Not only did I receive a gazillion compliments, but it provided good warmth as well. I loved it. I would not hesitate to rent again. In fact, I may for next weekend!

After 5 1/2 years, we decided why not get married? We didn't want anything stressful so decided to elope. Of course that meant throwing a party afterward. So I needed a killer dress! I fell in love with this dress the second I laid eyes on it online. It was even more beautiful in person. I can't even count the number of compliments I received. Most people used words like ethreal, grecian, fairy princess. Everything you want to hear. We had our party on the 23rd floor so it got a little windy which only added to the magic of the dress. The way it blows in the wind would make you want to manufacture wind to see the way it floats through the air. So, the only thing I can think of that might be bothersome to some is that there were a couple tiny snags on the front up around the bust area. However, I think it's impossible to have a dress in this material without that happening and it lays so nicely and the lining underneath matches so perfectly, it really wasn't noticeable. The only other person who noticed was my good friend who was in charge of helping me get ready. I hate mailing this back. I will absolutely rent from here again. In fact, I think I may never buy another dress. I hear RTR has a monthly subscription that I may need to treat myself to. You will not regret wearing this dress. Oh, lastly size - I'm usually a 4 or a 6, depending on how fitted a dress is. The 4 fit perfectly. I was worried by some reviews that it may be too big so I ordered a 2 and a 4. Never needed to even try the 2 on. Have fun!!!

This is a great dress for a summer, not so formal, cocktail party. The material is nice quality, heavier than it looks so that it lays right. . . Having said that, fashion tape is a must if you want to bend over even the slightest bit.

These earrings are breath taking! I wasn't sure I would like so much gold but the color of the stone drew me to them. I wore these with a blush colored dress, also rented here. They did not take away from the dress in the least (of course that was hard to do) but they did add a nice little pop to the ensemble. They also were not too heavy or bulky. Never got stuck in my hair or pulled at my ears. Highly recommend. I know I'll be renting them again.
