I fit in the 4 as well, but it was snug, and I wanted to be able to move and dance easily. Because of the color in the dress, I had so many shoe options to choose from in my closet. I ended up going with a fun, bright blue. Jewelry options were endless, too. I felt like it was quite flattering, and hit at a very appropriate "wedding" length. I was at late afternoon, summer wedding in the city (SF), and didn't feel under-dressed. Would DEFINITELY rent again. It's the kind of dress you can also dress down, with flats and more casual items.

I work this for New Year's Eve, and got compliments right and left. It was very comfortable (no spanx needed!) and fit well in all the right places. I THINK I wore the size 4, but I can't fully remember, since it's been months since I wore it. I wore heels most of the night, but put on some sparkly flats once the dance party started, and I still felt festive and cute. I also wore regular bra with it - no need to get anything special for this cut. Also, it was much longer on me, than on the model. It came just above the knee on me.

And, a dress with pockets?! Love! If you've ever worn some of BCBG's more "casual" dresses, you'll know the run a bit big. So I ordered th XS knowing it'd probably fit. I'm normally more of a 6 though, but this dress is stretchy and forgiving. I wore it for a nice dinner out in wine country, with tights and boots, and felt cute and comfortable all night long. The back neckline of the dress scoops slightly lower than a "normal" neckline, but still just above the back of my bra.
