When I first tried on the dress, I thought " oh no, it's not going to fit over my butt" but then I shimmy it up a bit and fit just fine. The top is a little roomy, but I didn't mind too much. At least I could breath and wear a regular bra with it. They also send gum, lotion, and tape for things that need some help staying in places, which is a nice bonus! I wore this for a military ball, which looks amazing with the dark blue of the soldiers attire they have to wear..
