This dress is low-mainteneace (no ironing or steaming needed), easy to put on and wear, incredibly comfortable and stunning. The blue is bright cobalt and pops in a crowd. Can't be shy to wear this dress. I wore it to a black tie gala wear the color scheme was red/gold so it stuck out :) but in a great way. Many people came up to me just to compliment the dress and ask the designer. The photographers kept asking for pics. The mermaid shape is flattering and accentuates curves and the off the shoulder is sexy but not too revealing. The dress stays put too, don't have to keep adjusting, A more boxy shaped friend tried it on and it looked great on her too because created curves. I own a few La Petite Robe dresses and this one was bigger than usual at 38 but still body hugging and stretchy. You don't even need spanx because of tight, scuba-ish material and can wear a standard strapless bra. Wore 4 inch heels and dress was perfect length for me. Danced just fine in it and the dress looks just as good 2am as it did at 6pm!

This dress fit like a glove yet was also very forgiving of any imperfections due to the material. I still wore spanx underneath to smooth it all out but not necessary. I would have preferred to get a long as I wear 4 inch heels and am 5'7 but the regular worked fine. Also was perfect for putting on flats and dancing all night long! I got compliments all night and everyone wanted to know where I got it. It stood out amidst the regular wedding attire. It covered the whole body but the sheerness and tightness made it super sexy. If you need to be appropriate but elegant and sexy, this is your dress! It was a fall rainy wedding in NY and the long sleeves kept me warm but not overly so. It was the perfect dress and I would buy it!
