Not necessarily for dancing
I'm usually a 6 or 8 and the 10 fit perfectly. Fun dress but a little nerve wracking that the wrap might end up being a flash risk. I didn't pick it for the event for that reason.

Wow factor but comfy?
This one surprised me. The skirt fabric is like a netting... I couldn't tell that from the pictures. It gives it a little bit of edge which I think helps this somewhat safe option level up. AND POCKETS!

Why did I think it would be stretchy?
Order your size in mind that there is absolutely no give to this dress. The details were so great, wish I'd ordered better.

I wanted there to be more shape to it
Could be cute on the right person but I found the shape to be a little meh on me. The fabric is amazing and the back details are stunning but not for someone that needs their waist accentuated, in my opinion.

Could be stunning on the right build.
I am 5'6" and this dress was very long in the torso on me, which isn't usually an issue I face. The next size down would've been too small but I couldn't make this work unfortunately because I think it's a stunning dress on the model.

I was so sad to send this amazing dress back! I wore this to a Great Gatsby themed charity event!
When the other reviewers said that pictures don't do this dress justice, they weren't lying! I was blown away by all the little details in the dress. The intricate beading doesn't even show up in photos. The back is so low and the draping was just perfect. I wore a sticky bra to accommodate it being backless. The compliments from strangers didn't stop. I could've kept it forever. I ordered a medium as a backup size but it was a little big on the top so I went with the small to make sure I didn't feel like it was falling off. I would definitely rent this dress again! I can't say enough about how pretty I felt in it.
