I didn't like it on the hanger, but this dress is great on! A comfortable (and tummy-forgiving) fit that you can relax in but is still shapely. I could have used a little more room under the arms (it cut in a bit) but it wasn't really a problem and there was no chance of my bra showing, which was good. I loved the drape, the length, the quality of the fabric and the color. I got loads of compliments and felt great, this might be my favorite RTR find yet!

I wasn't super excited about this dress but it was one of the only options when the dresses I'd ordered didn't fit. I was grateful to have SOMETHING, but did not feel like a million bucks in this. I think it made me look bigger than I am through the abdomen / hips (there's a lot of fabric) but maybe I'm being delusional and I actually am that big. There's a lot of heavy material -- on me the effect was a bit bathrobe-like. I didn't need to wear a bra but it will gape dangerously on someone who doesn't thoroughly fill the top. It was comfortable and in good condition. The 8L was the perfect length for me with 3" heels.

As other reviewers attested, this dress is comfortable and flattering. Really nice, thick fabric with lovely feel and drape. Everything is cut right for a smooth fit that allows for a normal bra and is forgiving in the tummy area. The swingy skirt and splash of color livens it up. Got tons of compliments, was very happy with the dress!

I wore the blouse to a party where guests were in everything from jeans to dresses so I wanted to feel dressed without feeling over dressed -- this top was perfect for that. Easy to wear and very comfortable, but the neck band adds enough pizazz to make it 'evening'. Like others, I pinned the neck at the back for a tighter fit. It's not absolutely necessary but looks a lot better. You cannot wear a racer back bra (as I had planned) because of a keyhole cut out in the back, but a normal bra works -- I pinned the straps so they wouldn't slip / show. There was ample room in the chest and the arm holes were the right size. It's lined, drapes well and is not too sheer. I was very happy with it.

I actually ended up wearing both the 6 and the 8 (I'm wearing the 6 in this photo). I was hosting a party at home and started out in the 6, which was perfect from the waist up but required a bit of "hold it in" around the tummy, then when I relaxed into things I changed into the 8 which was more forgiving. I would have done the 8 all night but it was less snug up top and allowed the occasional bra shot along the cleavage. It's a lovely dress despite a bit of rough rubbing under the arms from the sequins. I'm unlikely to order it again (there are too many other wonderful dresses out there!) but I did have fun in it.

I enjoyed this dress! It has an easy, comfortable, forgiving fit (I even ditched the spanx) that made it lovely to wear. You can wear a normal bra, which is always a treat. I was worried it would be too short for a "woman my age" but it was a totally appropriate length, not nearly as short as on the model. I always worry that beaded and sequined dresses get beat up after a few rentals, but this was in perfect condition and I felt great in it.

This was my backup dress and I ended up wearing & loving it. Of all my RtR rentals (and there have been quite a few) this is the one I most wish I had as a permanent part of my closet. It can go almost anywhere and is wildly comfortable, despite being very flattering and super stylish. I didn't have a problem with the lining around the keyhole that some other reviewers called out, so maybe that's been fixed. Don't let the length scare you off -- it gives good coverage, I never felt exposed. Any bra, no spanx, go with or without hose. The fabric is beautifully smooth and weighted, making it a delight to wear and giving it a gorgeous drape. Go for it -- you won't be disappointed.

I fell in love with this jumpsuit at first sight and couldn't wait to wear it out on the town. The 8 (my usual size) drowned me and the 6 was better, but still far from flattering. It gave a better fit in the top / around the rib cage (it's high-waisted) but was too big in the hips and too short in the length (with heels). I could have worked around all of it except the hips which sort of darted out right where you don't want them to, making it look like I have a lot more side thigh than I really do (or would want!). I'm sure someone has the right bod for this, but it isn't me. Bummer because it would have been fun to wear -- works with any bra, no spanx needed, comfortable, enough coverage to avoid freezing. Bathroom assistance would be required to unzip / rezip, but that wouldn't be enough to keep me from wearing if it fit right.

This was my backup dress and I didn't end up needing it for the party, so I wore it out to lunch in Palm Springs and got loads of compliments. It was perfect for a breezy, sunny day -- it floats and flows beautifully and feels great. I had no problem going braless (which, for me, is pretty much unheard of) and felt very comfortable with the amount of coverage, even with the deeply plunging neckline. You can dress it up or down (it's great with gold) and it's lots of fun to wear. Enjoy!

I concur with the other reviewers -- this dress is amazingly comfortable, eye catching, classy and fun. It also runs large. I normally wear an 8 and was surprised to fit into the 4 (just). It was super fun to wear and drew lots of compliments. I wore a normal strapless bra, no problem.

I wore this for the annual holiday party we host and got lots of compliments. I liked how the sheer overlay was longer than the lining. It's one piece (based on the other reviews, I thought it might be a skirt & top) and drapes really nicely. You can wear a normal bra, but a racer back will work best. Friends said the zipper down the back was sexy. I could have gone without the spanx, but opted to wear them so I could relax, and because I was racing around hostessing. The bangle set that I got as "mystery bling" was probably my favorite part of the outfit. I would wear this dress again.

They are big, but sophisticated and glamorous. I was surprised they were clip-ons, but maybe that's the only way to rent earrings hygenically? They are quite heavy, so I wondered if they would slip off or hurt, but they stayed in place and were comfortable. I wouldn't wear them into a mosh pit, though!

Rented this for the holiday party we hosted and LOVED it. It's sassy and stylish, hid my flaws in the tummy area, and was unbelievably comfortable (no spanx required!). The green color is fabulous with gold -- I rented the Oscar de la Renta earrings it's shown with and wore gold strappy sandals. Endless compliments, felt great. I used it again the next night to a church fundraiser -- wore it as a tunic with leggings and fab boots (to show less skin) with big gold hoops and it looked fantastic. The only thing I didn't like was sending it back.
