I haven’t worn this yet but I am so pleased with it just from trying it on! I ordered this to go over my dress for a winter formal affair. I usually wear small in jackets due to my long arms, although I am pretty petite- the xs fit fine in this jacket. The jacket is super soft and warm!

I’m 5’7 & 120lbs, usually I wear a small in jackets because I have rather long arms -in this I ordered the xs due to there were no smalls available. If I ordered again I would get my normal size small, although the xs was still pretty comfortable. It is warmer than I expected & so comfortable!

I am 5’7 and have a long torso and broad shoulders..I ordered 2R & 0L. At first I thought I needed a 0 until I zipped the 2 all the way to the top& realized the 2 worked perfectly because of my broad shoulders (it was almost tight around my arms when zipped but worked out fine). The length of the 2R was perfect for average heels...I would’ve had to wear pretty high heels to make the long work.
