I am 5'6'' and I absolutely needed the long. I wore it with 4" heels. The dress was very fitted, but kept everything tight. Great for an hourglass figure. I did some pulling on the top cause I did not quite fill it out, but looking back, a decent strapless bra would have been better than nothing. I would totally rent another Nicole Miller. Lots of compliments! The lace is actually purple.

This dress fit so incredibly awesome. No spanks necessary....let the dress do the work! I felt like a million dollars! I wore it to a beach we'd g rehearsal dinner, and got several compliments. I will def rent another Herve!!! Love love love!!!!

Dress runs small. Fits awkwardly around shoulders and bust area. Hips were also not fitted proper. I can usually wear size 4-6 off the rack just fine! So I was very dissatisfied. Also I was not able to return it quick enough for a refund or swap!

Medium and large both fit but the medium hugged me in all of the right places. This dress actually come with a tan slip and the dress is a lace overlay. It stayed put all night. Got lots of compliments.
