Cute and comfy — but not very sexy
This dress was cute for fall, especially styled with tan boots like the model. Just a lot of coverage all over though, so it’s not the most flattering thing in the world.

Gorgeous, but really difficult on top
Can't imagine how you'd wear this with big boobs, but it IS a beautiful item. With small boobs, it kind of works, but you WILL need fashion tape, good posture, and maybe/probably some creative safety pinning on temporary stitches to keep the top from flapping open on the outsides.

Really cute, except for the undershorts
I was so excited to get this dress -- and I really wanted to wear it -- but the undershorts were just so weird. For one, they bunch up and make the dress so much hotter/bulkier -- but then even worse, from the side, they look like some weird Victorian pantaloons or granny panties. I just couldn't bring myself to wear it. Would much rather the undershorts weren't there and I either risk showing too much leg, or wear my own spandex shorts underneath.

Super fun and pretty
Love this dress and that it sits more at the natural waist, unlike many of Selkie's dresses that are much higher. You can also wear it with a belt (I had to because I normally wear XL, but it was too small in the rib cage, so I had to size up and the XXL was just slightly loose). The sheer puffy sleeves stay puffed and don't lose their shape either.

Need some chest to fill this out
I had really high hopes for this dress -- and the fabric, pattern, and style are all indeed super cute. At larger sizes though, you need some boobs to fill this out, or it's flappy no matter how tight you tie it. I couldn't wear it, because I sized for my large rib cage but don't have a lot of chest.

The dress wasn't BAD... but I still didn't wear it. It just wasn't great. The side bit seemed just stuck on without much thought, the top was too straight cut across... I don't know. It was fine.

Not flattering
Something about material is just not flattering, and not only the wrinkled bottom half. It's a super thick, heavy material -- but also too stretchy at the same time (not much hold for curvier bodies). The skirt is also so heavy, but doesn't flow. There are much cuter pink flamenco style dresses on RTR.

Not flattering
Something about material is just not flattering, and not only the wrinkled bottom half. It's a super thick, heavy material -- but also too stretchy at the same time (not much hold for curvier bodies). The longer version laid even weirder on the bottom.

The most beautiful summer dress
Very well made, comfortable, beautiful material and print, and fantastic layering. Great padding on the chest so you don't need a bra. Good lining throughout. Moves beautifully when you walk or in the wind. Great for photos too. I usually just use the belt to tie a bow over my butt and don't wind it around. Have rented this several times and still love it:

Absolute standout
Yes, this dress is a lot. However, it is also an absolute standout in a crowd or for a special occasion. It is very long, so for someone with short legs, even heels will not keep it off the ground like with me. However, I mostly got it for taking some cool photos. It is also a lot more flattering than some of the other dresses by the same designer, because the cut outs are somewhat midway down the sides versus being right under the boobs.

Fun dress but hard to wear
The dress is cute, in terms of print and design. But super low-cut in the chest and very short (hard to do anything but stand if you don't tape it down). Also, for a summery print, it's pretty thick and made me sweat quite a bit.

Beautiful watercolor dress
Loved this dress and got so many compliments! The colors are just so elegant and beautiful -- like those water lily paintings. I wore it to an afternoon tea / baby shower -- but it would be amazing for a wedding too. Especially with some metallic pink or blue shoes. Definitely tight in the chest area, but I don't have a lot going on there, so it was fine on me. No bra needed. Only down side is that it chafes a lot under the arms, where the hanging straps are attached.

Such a fun and flattering dress!
Love the colors, love the high-slit cut with ruffles (very flamenco), love the fit all-around. The adjustable straps help a lot, but might be a little flimsy if you're big-busted. I've rented this several times now and loved it every time.

Really weird fit
Really didn't think it was flattering where the cutouts were right below the chest. Maybe if you've got super long legs... but I just can't imagine it. Make the boobs look a little square on me, too, because I don't have a lot in terms of cleavage.

Love everything about this dress. It's so soft and flowy, the material looks expensive, it's got just enough sexy with the cutouts, it's comfortable, and it's just this beautiful ombré like the sea flowing when you walk.

Fine but not great

Super fun dress!
This dress was super fun to wear and got so many compliments. The holographic stars are fun without being childish. Love the sheer sleeves. Definitely needed a safety pin for that cleavage though, and no way you'll get a bra on underneath unless you add a tank. Not an issue for me, but I also have a small chest.

Wrinkly and unflattering
Not sure if any kind of iron could get the bottom of this dress to not look so wrinkly. This dress would be much better off if the bottom half just had a straight A-line. The material feels like nice, breathable cotton -- but just definitely wrinkles way too easily for this style. The weird flap on the side just also doesn't work in this material: it isn't heavy enough to drape, and it's also wrinkly.

Really weird fit
Soft material, top half sits nicely, but the whole bottom half is a little whack. For one, it's definitely very very short. I don't mind a short dress, but low cut AND showing my cheeks is just not what I'm looking for from a "classy" velvet outfit. The tie is the worst part though. I wish they'd sewn the two halves together and made them drape in some sort of elegant, non-poofy way. But it just sticks out RIGHT on the lower stomach when you tie them.

Beautiful dress but not great for petites
The fit at the waist and chest of this dress is fantastic. Just enough padding to not need a bra and looks very flattering. Waist looks cinched and small. Only reason it's not a 5 is that the length is just awkward for short ladies like me. Even in super tall heels, it shortens me and my legs. Wish it was knee length or floor length -- not ankle/tea.

Beautiful and flowy
Loved this dress for some fancy holiday events. It's so flowy and swishes beautifully when walking. I like low cut dresses, and this one sat perfectly and was just padded enough too. Only thing is that I had to wear my highest heels, being petite, and still sometimes hold it up. But that's alright.

This brands is quickly becoming a favorite of mine. Really great, true to size, fit made with really nice, expensive looking fabric. The fabric is pretty thick and nicely lined, so you don't even need a bra if you don't want one. Really great gathering around the waist and on the sleeve. Wore this several times around the holidays and got lots of compliments.

Terrible fit at size 14
Maybe it's cute on smaller ladies, but the size 14 didn't even fully zip on me (usually it's fine). It also has these weird small circular pads on the boobs that you can see through the material if you look closely. They don't cover the full boob, and on me, didn't even look centered. So weird.

Cute but waistline isn't the most flattering
Cute colors and super comfortable. Generally flattering dress. Love the pockets! But the way the waistline is stitched, it flares out gradually and doesn't really suck anything in, so if you have a lower abdomen pooch at all, it's kind of a less flattering shape.

Fantastic little black dress
Fantastic little black dress with a bit of fun flare with those shoulders. Definitely not for busty women, as the top will press the girls in and probably give you a weird shape. Even for me, with tiny boobs, I never wear bras but I chose to wear a padded strapless push-up just so the dress wouldn't press them flat.

Perfect dress for conservative event
Sometimes you need a mid-thigh dress that's not too low-cut or too exposed -- but still makes you look look hot and powerful. This is it. Perfect for a work function, family event, speaker engagement, etc. I actually ended up keeping it, it was so flattering without being dowdy.
