I really liked this dress. It was super comfortable and had an elegant silhouette. It was just a tad tight for me around the hips so I did not end up wearing it. I would go 1 size up in this one. I did feel very glamorous when I put it on though. It would make a very dramatic statement if you were to wear this to a dinner or party.

I selected this dress for a holiday party. It is a beautiful blue/black color combination and has a festive look to it. The dress was roomy for me in the hips and ultimately not super flattering. It was very comfortable though and is a great backdrop to sparkly jewelry.

I did read the other reviews before I ordered this dress but I was still interested in trying it. I did not feel the dress was matronly at all. It is on the short side (maybe 3 inches above the knee). The dress is also sleeveless under the sheer 'cape' overlay. And I loved the sheer 'cape' - it had nice movement to it and really made the dress. I also thought the color was gorgeous. The dress has pockets and was super comfortable for me at my event. This dress does need some nice chunky jewelry (I went with the necklace shown on the model). I got several compliments on the dress at the wedding I attended.

I wore this dress to a fancier business function. It is classy, yet modern. There is an orange lining which is pretty bright with the red lace, but I liked the combination.

It has black panels on the sides which are slimming. The V-neck of the dress and the uneven hem of the dress make it quite sexy. I would love to own this dress.
