Fun, flirty dress - perfect for my bachelorette party!
This dress fit true to size and shockingly enough I didn't need to wear a bra! Although you do have to be a little careful when bending over (see sitdown picture). Overall I was extremely satisfied with this dress - got compliments all night! I do have to say that in a pinch the 6 would have worked, but it was a bit snug around my ribs/mid section and the top didn't seem to fit much smaller. Would definitely recommend!

Great dress!
It was a tad big (around the neck and shoulders), but super comfortable all night long. I think if I had gone smaller it would have been shorter and I would have been pulling it down the entire night. Great color and received lots of compliments!

Wasn't crazy about it
Rented it for an evening wedding in Chicago. Had definitely more of a Derby vibe - would go perfect for an afternoon party. Just didn't feel it was dressy enough. Also for my size - an 8 (which did fit well since there was a corset inside that snapped together) just felt too "poufy" or "frou frou". Not my style.

Beautiful Dress - too big on top
First of all - this dress was BEAUTIFUL. I had read the reviews before that it was too big on top, but crossed my fingers anyway. Well - the reviews were true. The size 8 waist fit well and surprisingly the length was perfect (the Long was not available) but the top was way to large. When I bent over the top seemed to "droop" on the sides - was really obvious it did not fit. Tried to hide it with a belt, but did not work out. Did not end up wearing to the event. This dress is definitely meant for someone with a larger chest.

Pretty - but better for beach wedding or rehearsal
I rented this (size 8) for a formal wedding and did not pay attention to the fabric (I think it was cotton). It would be perfect for a beach wedding or a summer rehearsal dinner, etc, but not a formal event. Very light and airy. The waist fit well but it was WAY to big in chest for me. Was almost "droopy" - NOT a great fit at all on top and I did not end up wearing. It's too bad the top was not adjustable - the halter needed to be shortened (or tightened) and then would have fit better.

Beautiful dress - too big on top
The dress was really beautiful and was crossing my fingers it would fit. I am usually a size 6 (135 lbs), but have recently put on about 8lbs, so sized up to a size 8. Long length was PERFECT. The dress fit well through the body, but the top (chest) was just too large. Was actually folding over a bit. It seemed to be a bit stretched out , perhaps from customers with a much larger chest then myself. Unfortunately since the dress was not "holding me in" I couldn't justify wearing it with my chest out there for everyone to see. So, would recommend for someone with a larger chest - I'm sure it would hold in your chest better than mine. Would have tried the size SL but was not available.
