2 (my usual size) was too figure hugging and unforgiving, and 4 was too baggy. Sequins didn't really bother me. The draping at the back is stunning, but that was the only real stunning thing for me. The sequins are silver gold (brown?) so they didn't really glisten as much as I'd hoped. The draping at the back also looks like bat/arm wings from a certain angle! I'm 5ft 5", dress reached half way down my thigh, and rides up when you sit down just fyi

Heavier than I expected, I had to use backings from another pair of personal earrings in order for these earrings to stay put and to feel secure. Also, for me, it only looked good if you wore the earrings so that the top section points towards your face and the bottom points outwards, otherwise it made my ears look huge.

The dress was true to size, hugs the figure but in a flattering way, rather than in a way that restricts your movement. It IS a little large in the back however - but due to the intricacies of the strap design, I didn't feel like taping fashion tape to each of the straps. I'm 5 ft 5", wore 2" heels, and the dress touched the floor but didn't drag TOO much. I would buy this dress in a heartbeat - I got heads turning (from guys and girls) ALL night, without feeling like I was wearing anything revealing. I felt elegant and beautiful.

They were a little heavy. The backing was appropriate for the earrings though, to support the weight. They didn't stand out as much as I thought they would, which is the main reason I would probably rent something else. But the earrings did compliment the black dress very well, and they WERE unique.

Tight at waist. I'm normally a 2 but felt pretty uncomfortable after trialling it at home for an hr so went up a size but this left a gap in the bust area so I had to cover with a shawl. True to the reviews, extremely sticky zipper no matter which size I tried. Underwhelming - I was going for unusual and eye-catching but this did not deliver. Based on this factor alone, I would not order again.
