For the club, not the cubicle
It's odd how inconsistent sizing is w/ this brand. I rented a size 2 in another style and it was ENORMOUS whereas this style was almost body-con. Also, it's way shorter than it looks on the model (especially considering I'm 5'6"...and I assume most models are at least 5'8"). Looked like I was going to the club and simply just not the vibe I am comfortable with at the office. I wish RTR gave the model measurements so we could better gauge how garments fit--would save some headache.

OBSESSED! I wish this wasn't so $$$ (especially considering it's polyester) or else I would definitely add it to my wardrobe. Take your normal sized --it's meant to be oversized. Super cute french-tucked into highwaist shorts or with black skinny jeans. The mint green detail and animal print are more pronounced IRL (photo almost doesn't do it justice!). A great rental!

Great work dress - runs small!
Based on the reviews, I'm really glad I sized up. I'm a size 4 and sometimes a 2 but I wore the 6 and it fit great. I think the 4 would have fit, however, would be more of a body-con look, which I'm NOT going for in the office! The size 6 was fitted but in a sophisticated and professional way.

I want to keep this! Beautiful leather, color and hardware. Looks very expenseive. I like the closure--you just slide the flap in making it very easy to grab my things (e.g. no fumbling for my metrocard or cell phone). Fits a good about -- sunglasses, iphone, kindle wallet, even a water bottle! The only negative is that it gets a bit heavy--but this is just par for the course with real leather.

Cute but too heavy!
Cute earrings-- the multi color tortoise look is very chic. Unfortunately I couldn't wear because they were too heavy and tugged my earlobes which was uncomfortable and looked saggy. If this isn't typically an issue for you, go for them!

SHORT!!!
It's a nice dress, however it barely covered my butt! I'm 5'6" and pretty lean (no booty to speak of) and there is no way I could sit in this comfortably let alone wear it in the work place without giving others a show they did not ask for! Had to return without even wearing. I assumed it would be fine, because the model is probably 5'8-5'10" and it looks like a decent length on her but who knows.....
