The arms are bell sleeves. I had a hard time figuring out what to do with the collar. I ultimately opted for turning it under/i , which looked great.

Light fabric, great for summer
This dress is so cute and flirty. I don’t love the collar, which is more pronounced than I was expecting, but the dress otherwise is very flattering and fits beautifully.
