See Through
Did not wear them because they’re so see through! I love the oversized baggy feel (though the XL was wayyyy to XL), but these were just frumpy and impossible to unwrinkle

This is a really drab dress. I don’t know if the one I got has just been in rotation too long, but it’s a grey gloomy day in dress form. Nevermind the weird ties, I just felt depressed putting this one on.

Thin material & Bridesmaid-y
It’s not that I hated this dress - it’s that I wanted to love it so much more. I’m between sizes, which makes renting hard, but the 14 was WAY too big. I think I should have sized down. But beyond size issues, the material is pretty thin and unforgiving and just feels like a bridesmaids dress which was not the look I was going for.

I wanted to love this dress. I love everything else I’ve rented by this designer. But this one barely covered my butt and looked weird with shorts or leggings under it. I’m average height too. Wanted to love, couldn’t wear.

I loved everything about this dress. It felt nice, moved nice, and was just such a joy to wear. Which is saying a lot for a basic cotton dress. Got so many compliments. Would have bought if it wasn’t so expensive.

Way too small
I read the reviews and looked at the designers site — sized up 2x and it was still WAY TOO SMALL. I’m not super busty or curvy, but it wouldn’t go past my boobs to even come close to buttoning. Really wanted to love this dress too!

Be Your Own Disco Ball!
Rented this for a black tie wedding and was not disappointed! It was easily one of the best guest dresses -- got so many compliments! The dress was a bit long in the chest/shoulder area and I wish I had listened to the other reviews and remembered to use my fashion tape, but I was never worried about the dress slipping too much. It was also a little tight in the rib cage area, but not enough to be terribly uncomfortable. I definitely recommend getting your second size a size up.
