5'6", 34DDD, 148lbs. Wore a Medium. This dress was a hit. I don't usually wear anything form-fitting but I made an exception for this piece. It's unique and fun. I wore it to a Gala and was praised as having one of the best dresses of the night. It's tight around the legs, so my stride was somewhat limited, but it didn't hinder me from dancing to George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic!

This dress is stunning. The blues are so bright and crisp, and the flow of the dress is lovely. I wore it with hot pink earrings and it only made the colors that much better. It seems to run true to size - I'm 155lbs and 5'6" and the 8 was a perfect fit. I also have a large bust (34DDD) and broad shoulders, but because the sleeves were sheer with some extra fabric, the dress did not pull around my shoulders or chest as many clothes do. The length is not *too* cumbersome. I'm 5'6" and wore 2.5" heels; the dress didn't touch the ground but I did have to be very mindful to hold the bottom when going up and down stairs. I'm not being hyperbolic when I say I was complimented by nearly everyone at the wedding. This dress was the winner.

I would agree with other reviewers that the dress ran large. I, however, have a very large bust, and the 6 would have been a bit too revealing. I ended up wearing the 8, and wrapped the straps for the back tie around my rib cage (which ended up covering my bra - added bonus) and tied them under my bust in the front. It looked perfectly fine. But that's what I needed to do in order to make the fit a little better with the larger size. Now for the good stuff: I always thought in reviews when people talked about how many compliments they got, it was a little over-the-top. I was wrong, I was complimented throughout the entire night. It definitely helped that I added hot pink statement earrings and matched my eyeshadow (would recommend). I wore the dress to a wedding whose dress code was "festive." It was perfect.
