Nice, but nothing terribly special.
These earrings definitely look better in the RTR photo - while their design is appealing, they definitely have a bit of a cheap look about them. They are also very uncomfortable. I had high hopes and was a bit disappointed, but all in all they were nice earrings, but wouldn't be ones I would rent again.

Who doesn't love an excuse...
This dress was AMAZING! It couldn't possibly be any sexier, yet it was still tasteful. I spent the entire night dancing without having any problems with the dress riding up. I wore it backwards as many other reviewers suggested for a little more cleavage. It paired nicely with a decorative crystal necklace, and nobody could even tell the dress was backwards. I have a flat stomach and nice curves, so I had no problems with any "trouble areas" but I can see how some people may want to wear spanx as the fabric is thick but stretchy. The length was definitely mini on me, as I'm 6' 1" but I doubt many other people will have that problem. The sparkly red pattern is definitely an eye catcher, as is the body hugging fit. Prepare to be the center of every guy's attention when wearing this dress!

The red is an eye catcher
I ordered this dress as a backup that I did not end up wearing, but nonetheless it was truly beautiful. The color was incredible and very bright, which is likely to turn heads. The dress did look quite worn, more than is typical for a RTR. Also the fabric is quite heavy and felt somewhat grimy. The heaviness weighs down the skirt so instead of being poufy/twirly as pictured, it sort of hangs there and just looks, well, dead. If the dress had been in better condition, I would have definitely worn it, so it was more of an RTR problem than a Kate spade problem. Finally I am usually a size 8 dress, and even the six I ordered was wayyyyyyy too large!

The blue was absolutely stunning!
#homecoming2k14 This was a fantastic dress for my homecoming dance this year. The blue really made my blue eyes pop, and the skirt was very twirly, so great for dancing! The fabric was thick and heavy, yet not too warm so best not to wear it in the dead of winter. I did have a problem with the straps, as other users warned they were far too long (and this is very unusual for someone like me who is 6' 1"). Also, because I am so tall the dress was more of a mini length than a knee length, but I am used to things being short on me. Overall a great dress that I would definitely recommend!
