This was my birthday dress. The fabric is nice and stretchy. Very comfortable. The sequins was not placed where it would be irritating. I enjoyed the billowing sleeve to the cuff because I do not like attention to my upper arms. I was originally afraid my arms would"t fit. However, that was a silly girl's 'fat day' thoughts. The dress has an amazing print. I believe it was jaguar-ish. I don't know my animal prints. I am not an animal print wearing person, or even buying person. I mention the print because it was this subtle differences in the sequins that helped draw your eye correctly in seeing that it gave you a great silhouette and hid any mental bad body issues. No one at my party realized it was an animal print, except when we stopped to specifically talk about the dress. The dress hit well on the leg and was not a mini. I do not like my knees and this dress distracted that I forgot about them. Very beautiful and a total eye-catcher.

The dress is comfortable, it's stretchy. The way it hangs is fantastic because it hides if needed, yet compliments too if not. The look is stunning but practical in many situations. You will definitely make heads turn, like it or not. People do not get enough chances to be stunned by an image in front of them. One of my favorites. The length is also good for very one. IT's not the short mini's, it hits well on the leg, I am 5'9". The day I wore it was an "I feel fat day", but not anymore once I put it on.

Buy it, buy it, buy it. This dress will make everyone feel gorgeous. It is stretchy, hangs and drapes off the shoulder perfectly. Eliminated my mental arm issues. The detail of black sequins gathered in a nice styling over the gathered shoulder was something I originally missed, but it gave it that extra pop. A little oomph. The waist gathers at one side seam down a bit to give everyone the perfect figure and confidence on those ugh days. The dress fell great on the leg and was not too short, or even that I would consider it short. I received endless compliments. This was my first RTR dress and it sealed my love for RTR instantly. It also swooned and impressed my husband so much that he agreed with using RTR for everything. Hands Down! Everyone should have this in their closet. It is a little more then the little black dress, but not too much where you can't wear it to many events. Rent this one with confidence. This one did hang a little more looser. However not it the way that I couldn't wear either size, but gave me a choice to hang more with the 12 or a little more fitted with the 10. Using fitted in th loosest form because the comfort could be matched with jammies. I believe this was also when I was closer to a 10, but scared from store dresses varying in sizes so much. Great first RTR dress. Have a blast.

Oh, I loved this dress. It was a nice, and surprisingly, elegant way to feel a little more daring, edgy, rock-n-roll. I would buy his one. I forgot that, I must order it. It can be a nice cross between a little black dress for the little more bold. The detail is beautiful. The way it is gathered will flatter all, need it or not. This dress does not have a ton of stretch like sequins, however it will have enough if concerned on fitting in to. It definitely wasn't the so structured kind, like the Jacki'O, that it needed to be spot on the money custom fit. I enjoyed that feeling of it holding everything in a bit with just enough, in a comfortable way.

This is such a beautiful dress. I loved the structured design and saw it worn by some of my star favorites (Sandra Bullock / Ryan Reynolds movie), that I thought it would be perfect. Well it was and I would have given this dress 5 stars and it should receive, however my problem was the measurements and fabric. This dress has NO STRETCH, not even a little. I got what I thought was my size and the one larger. I couldn't close either. Now in defense of this dress, I am athletic with, what I feel is, broad shoulders and more of a sports back. This was not the body shape for this dress. So I feel it is more of my body issues versus the dress. I think if we had a true understanding of the capabilities of different fabrics we could better judge what wold work on ourselves. This dress is what sealed my already mental deal with myself to work on my body shape to fit the true designer sizes. Designer sizes seem to be a size smaller then what the mall wants us to believe we are. So if I thought I was an 8, I would be a 10. Prior to this dress I had already planned a new fit plan that would help reduce my athletic back. That is a lot harder then just a diet/exercise plan. But anyways, I don't want to say the dress is at fault, it is just that my body shape was not appropriate, especially since I am at the top last sizes this dress is made in. If I could have gone to a 12 I would have made it (I believe it was unavailable at my time, or it could be that it wasn't made that large). The rest was perfect. It is just the material. I wish the designer used a fabric with just a little give. That would have made this perfect. So due to the designer not thinking of the dramatic slight differences in everyone's shape, requiring a little stretch, I had to knock it down a star. And honestly, due to the fact I have never seen such unrelenting fabric in a dress or any clothing I have worn, I yanked another star. But I wish and still wish I can wear this dress. The shape and design are so beautiful and really give the female form this business/librarian smarts with the feline sexy cut and folds. BTW - I am muscular and that is why my weight may seem odd with the sizes. Plus I wanted to try this dress so badly that I got the 8 even thou at the time it was completely unrealistic. I was still losing from pregnancy.
