I'm not overly tall and the stress with super short. I wore really thick tights and a duster over the top. It had cute sleeves, but they were basically covered up when I had to put the duster over them.

Good coverup
The material is awesome, the colors are great. However, you cannot wear a bra with it, unless you are comfortable having it showing. I wore it as a swimsuit cover-up on two occasions. The straps are a bit funky and kept falling off my arms.
