This fabric is super comfy and soft.. but it gets those little fabric pills in btwn thighs after only a few wears. This one will be hard to keep in nice rental condition. That's why I gave 3 stars Wore w a denim jacket and sandals. Easy to dress up or down. And didn't stretch out from taking on/off for bathroom so that was a big plus.

Love these and ended up finding them on Madewell for even less $68!!! So purchased on Madewell. These are a higher mid rise but I would not call these high rise. Madewell lists them as mid rise so I don't know why RTR list as high. Also just for reference, I'm 5-2 and these are above ankle length on me. They might be super cropped on a taller person.
