Fun and flirty
Fun and different. Love the offbeat color with the lace. Definitely had lots of people asking me about it - wore it to a summer Florida wedding. Only warning - it can be a bit short for tall girls, so be careful on the dance floor!

Beautiful Statement Piece
Wore on my wedding day - perfectly matched the art deco feel of my look. A little heavier than expected but stayed on all night and was gorgeous. After renting it, I saw the earrings on a bridal site - and was so happy that it was a rental (and no one knew!)... totally worth it for the price.

How to stand out in a black dress
Gorgeous back... can wear a black strapless with it just fine. The regular length was a little shorter than I would want but wasn't TOO bad. (I'm 5ft8)

You have to have thin wrists for this - but it was gorgeous. I ended up wearing only about half of the bangles because they are a big heavy, but they're gorgeous. Wore them to my rehearsal dinner.

Great go-to cocktail dress
I rented this dress for a work cocktail party in NYC. I flew in just for the night and had ordered the dress super last minute, so RTR had the dress delivered to my hotel room. It was a little annoying because I kept having to call the front desk and stay on top of them (seems they don't get deliveries often even though it's a fancy place??) - but I finally got it just in time for me to slip it on and head out to the party. Dress fits beautifully. I wore the larger size because it was more comfortable, but the smaller size would've been fine as well. Very flattering, hugs in all of the right places. In all of my rush, I didn't get a photo of the dress - but it worked out perfectly. Also, it was great to be able to return the dress in the mail from my house since I didn't have time to stop at a mailbox on my way to the airport the following morning.

Perfect Birthday Dress!
Rented this for my 30th birthday and couldn't have done better! I'm a habitual one-shoulder dress offender... so I was originally trying to stay away from the one shoulder, but why? It's so flattering - and the dress is absolutely fab! It hugs in all the right places - and has just enough stretch to be flattering.

I wish I owned this!
This dress is beautiful - fun, vibrant, sexy and very flattering. I received this dress as an emergency backup after an issue I had with the original dress I ordered. I wore this for my engagement photo shoot (once I have the pics I'll post one here!)... and I just wish I had rented this dress for an event so I could wear it for longer. Will definitely be back to order this again!

Looks great on the model but when I put it on, it left much to be desired. Runs big so I had all sorts of extra material on me that just made me disappear and gave me absolutely no shape. I really wanted it to look good because of all the bright colors - but just didn't POP for me. Luckily, I was only sent the dress to review... and I didn't actually have an event.

Love at First Fit
I received this dress as part of the VIP Showroom Experience for loyal RTR customers. Absolutely LOVE this dress! Love. Love. Love. Just slip over your head and it clings to all the right places in your body. The back is also gorgeous... nice draping (couldn't get a good shot of the back with my self timer - sorry!). It's also very comfortable. I will definitely rent this dress when I have an occasion. Only thing I would change is I would order the 8R not the 8L. I needed obnoxiously high heels for the 8L - and coupled with the slight tail... it's just a recipe for getting stepped on all night.

Red Carpet Worthy Gown
I received this dress as part of a VIP Showroom Experience for loyal RTR customers. This gown is beautifully constructed. Definitely FEELS like a $4,000 dress... but I think that's also part of it's problem. The material is a tapestry type fabric, lined in tafetta with two zippers in the back... making it very thick (and possibly hot). There is boning in the bodice - corset style in the seams... so it's not the kind of strapless gown you're going to have to lift up all night long... but because of the structured style of it... it doesn't really wrap or conform to your body. It's not for curvy girls. I'm a size 6 in pants so I ordered the 8. It fit in the hip area, but was big in the waist and chest area - and since the material is so thick and structured, it wasn't flattering at all... made me look like I don't have a waist. So if you're curvy and can fill out the top more than I can... you might feel too constricted. It's got a beautiful tail to it - but this would probably be best for an event without a lot of dancing because I can see it getting stepped on all night. So while it's a beautiful gown - I probably wouldn't rent it because it just wasn't flattering on my body.

I ordered this as a backup dress for a wedding - but ended up not wearing it. The size 6 fit perfectly around my waist, but was a bit big in the chest area. Thankfully I didn't wear it to the wedding - because someone else was wearing the same exact one!

Classy, yet Sassy!
I reserved this dress for my boyfriend's brother's wedding before there was a single review written for it... so I was a bit scared. When the dress arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find the color is much brighter and 'younger' than the one pictured on the RTR website. I usually wear a 6 in dresses, but luckily I got a backup size in an 8 - because the 6 was wayyy too stretched in the hip region. The lace in the back is beautiful - the slits are sexy - and the dress twirls beautifully on the dance floor. It looks conservative when you're standing still - but then you walk... and the legs are on the display - so just beware, but it's not as scandalous as you might think. Only negative is the cap sleeves make it a tad uncomfortable to put your hands in the air - but that's only a problem if you're a crazy dancer! ;) You can also get away with wearing a nude colored strapless bra. I bought a backless bra - and ended up returning it when I tried the dress on with a regular bra.

LBD love
This was the perfect little black dress that I would never buy, but I totally loved rocking. It runs a tad small, and is a tad short for my height... but it was a lot of fun to wear. It's very well built... but at the same time, I would never pay the original price tag for it. I rented it as my second dress backup because you can never go wrong with a LBD.

I rented this for a fun charity event in the middle of June that was half outdoors, half indoors. The attire was "tropical chic" - and this dress was perfect. Color was "tropical" - the fit and style were "chic." The fit is perfect. It's beautifully constructed, and lined without being super hot. I was getting compliments all night. LOVED this dress! Wore this to the local TV News Emmy Awards this wknd - and I felt like the golden Emmy statue! Got lots of compliments. Dress runs true to size... Ordered a size 10 and 12, the 10 fit, despite my hips' attempts to derail the process. The 12 was too loose overall. I have really thin arms, so I had to push the elastic portion of the sleeve further up so it would hold, making my sleeves shorter than the model on the website... but I liked it anyway. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because it came with a dangling sequin in the front that I had to improvise with.... and having sequins on the butt area means you get up, and inevitably leave sequins behind. But otherwise, very well made and GORGEOUS.

This dress is absolutely stunning! The color is amazing... and I got compliments all night... and days after with the photos. My only complaint was the bottom of the dress was a bit frayed... but I would still wear it... wasn't so bad you couldn't wear it... and it's for an evening event so it's dark anyway. I was worried about the sizing, so I googled the Badgley Mischka size guide and it fit accordingly. :)

How to wear black, and still stand out!
Wore this to a Black Tie Awards Ceremony for work... very classy. Only thing I was surprised by was the *weight* of the material. It's very thick, and can hang on you heavy... and it gets warm in there. Glad I got the long version, because it fit perfectly. Love the detailing on the back... but was a tad annoyed by the tail. While it's pretty in theory... everyone seems to step on it!
