The customer service when I wasn't thrilled with the dress.
This dress looked beautiful online but it was a little snug and looked a little "worn" when it came. I also rented the cream colored identical dress and that was true to size. I returned with no hassle and no questions asked. Great experience!

The customer service was incredible!
I wore this dress for onstage recognition for being an Elite Beachbody coach at our convention in Las Vegas! I had returned another dress to the RTR store and they only had a size large so I went with it. I've lost 75 pounds so my chest did not fit in the top, so there was a gap. (I'm typically a medium.) Other than that it was a very nice dress and was comfortable even though it was form fitting which is to be expected with Herve dresses.
