Sexy
I thought this dress was okay but my boyfriend LOVED it (cleavage!)! I wore it with a jean jacket and tall boots to make it more casual and it was comfy, yet sexy. The ruching makes it pretty forgiving.

At 5'4" this was a bit too long and didn't hit at a flattering place. I usually wear a jacket when that happens, but with a jacket I completely lost most of the ruffle and it just didn't look right.

Made Me Look Like a Linebacker
This wasn't flattering at all on me. Made my shoulders look really broad and the fabric was thick with no drape at all. No waist definition, so added pounds. I think it would look better on someone with a smaller bust.

Too Big
I usually wear a 10 or 12, but the 10 was too big. It puffed out at all the wrong places and looked grumpy. Not sure if the proper size would have helped or not. Fabric wasn't that cute imo.

Not So Flattering
I'm short waisted and the smocked waist hit me at a weird place and made me look wide. If I put the waist on my natural waist then the skirt was too short and the top part was too blousy. I still wore it and it looked cute, but if I had had more time, I would have sent it back for something else.

Great Summer Dress
Cute summer dress and easy to wear. I thought the chest was a little tight compared to the waist, but it still worked. I didn't let the slit in the top bother me - I situated the ties so they hung down over the slit and if you looked hard you could probably see my nude strapless bra.

Super Cute!
Runs a little big, but with a half tuck, was super cute. Used rubber bands and safety pins to keep the top of the shoulders. More vibrant than in the photos.

Diagonal Stripes Not Flattering
I had a hard time getting the stripes to lay right. There is one diagonal stripe that seemed to fit right under my abdomen and highlight that it's not perfectly flat. Also, the gathered top was a little tight across the bust. Just felt like there was a lot going on in the dress and it didn't complement my curves but competed with them.

I usually wear a 10 or 12 and for this dress, I definitely needed the 12. Will try again with a bigger size bc it's definitely flattering for an hourglass shape.

The bottom is stretchy so the fit is a little more forgiving than a straight-up Moro jacket. Besides that, I thought it ran a little big (especially in the shoulders). I didn't wear it much because it was a little too big, otherwise I would have though.

Seemed Cheap
The print/color is only on one side of the fabric. When the bell sleeves flip up (and they will), the ugly white underside shows. The material feels very synthetic. I would suggest sizing down if you rent this. I've lost weight since renting this, but at the time, it was a full size too big.

I rented this to wear for a girls weekend. It was perfect for wearing between soaks in the hot tub and lounging about the house. Cute with leggings as it is a bit boxy.

I would say the XL was a size 8 or a small 10. I could barely squish myself in this dress. When I did, it was really short.

Date Loved This Dress!!
I had to wear the smocking higher than the model so that it was more flattering and that made the dress pretty short even on my 5'4" frame. I was wearing it to a date for cocktails, so I didnt really mind. I paired it with relatively flat tall boots to help with the short skirt and a soft black moto jacket to spice it up a bit (and also to help with the sheer top). My date thought the dress was hot, so... I wouldnt wear this to work or during the day because of the short length.

Love! (But need YouTube hack to keep shoulders down)
This was really fun to wear. Super soft and casual, yet the off the shoulder look made it dressy. I wore a tank under the top for casual day time look (so that I could wear a reg bra) and then went without the tank at night. The shoulders don't stay down when you move your arms, so search YouTube for some hacks using safety pins and rubber bands - totally works!!

I ordered a 12 and 14 and the 14 fit ( I wear a Large at BR, FYI). I am short waisted, but this dress was short waisted on me. I guess because there was not enough room for my chest. I ended up not wearing it because it wasnt quite right for the event. Also, I think if you are busty, the top part adds pounds because it is so small/short.
