Very pretty!
Loved the style and pattern. I didn't find this dress to be short at all (like other reviewers), but I am only 5'3". My only issue with the dress was that the fabric looked a bit worn. Probably from renting it out for so long. The navy was faded and the fabric and tie sleeves for the waist appeared a bit used.

The dress made me look super skinny, so points for that! I didn't think the color was flattering with my skin tone and the front was a little low cut.

Really nice pattern and style
Amazing plaid! I love the style. For me, it was a bit big. I was surprised, too, because I didn't expect the 2 to be big. Regardless, it wasn't anything a skinny belt couldn't rectify!

It's definitely a stand out shirt. If you're not into ruffles or attention, I would avoid it. But, I loved it and wore it immediately after receiving.

Very nice for autumn
Beautiful dress, but it ran a bit bigger than I expected. I thought it would be tight because of the material. The zipper was funny, though. It didn't zip all the way down. The zipper was separated, so there was a gap where you could see my back a bit. I wore a pair of matching boy shorts so it wasn't noticeable but I wasn't thrilled that I had that little gap

Pretty dress but a bit boxy
I loved the color and the zipper -- it was an appropriate length for work, too. I didn't like the boxiness of the shoulders, though. I wouldn't say I am petite, but the shoulders were really big on me! I chose the 0, too, because I've rented Tibi before. I also didn't love the red color with my blonde hair and wish I would have rented it when I was brunette. I think the color not complementing my hair & the boxy shoulders brought down my rating a bit.

Great fit and nice ruffles!
Beautiful pattern and lovely ruffles on the pockets. The arm holes aren't too big where your bra will show from the sides. Love it for work!

Beautiful pattern! I didn't think it ran small. I could have worn the 2 or a 0 if I wanted it a bit more fitted in the waist. It was still quite fitted, though. Really nice sleeve length!

Gorgeous fit and color!
Amazing color & beautiful fit! I love it so much. I wear either a 0 or 2, but I think the 0 fits perfectly. Same fit as a comparable style in Kate Spade. My dress did have a small grease stain near the collar, but it was hardly noticeable!

Really cute everyday work dress
Really nice mustard color -- would be a great transition piece from fall to summer. It is a little fitted in the waist, but I thought it made me look really thin from the side (yes!). If you are tall, I think it could be a bit short in length and in the torso. I'm on the shorter side and it was still kind of short on me, especially with heels. Cute for a fun work dress!

I absolutely love this dress. I probably could have gotten the XS and it may have been a bit more fitted in the waist, but it wasn't available. Great length, even though I am on the shorter side. The front opening can be a little revealing, so I used temporary velcro "snaps" that stick on to fabric and it looked really nice and more modest. The slit in front is a bit high, too, but I thought it made it flirty and fun versus revealing. Very lovely pattern!

If this wasn't so expensive (even after the discount), I would have purchased it! Absolutely beautiful and really stood out! Very well made. I could have easily worn either a 0 or a 2. Note that the color is a little darker in person and a bit more of a rose than a blush. The color IRL is actually a lot prettier!

Beautiful fabric and colors. Not to sound redundant, but the slit is SO high. It went right up to where it shouldn't have. I normally wear an XS in this brand, but I couldn't get the top of the zipper up. I do have a larger rip cage, so it might just be a funny fit on me!
