Cinched Waist
This is an excellent blazer that gives polished Scandi vibes. The shoulders are intended to look large, with shoulder padding and off-the-shoulder seams, that help accentuate the cinched waist, created with reverse pleating. This is probably best worn closed/buttoned.

This material is perfect for summer in an office but might be a bit too hot for outside if temps are >75 degrees due to the poly blend. This is intended to be an oversized look, and I often get one size smaller in my blazers. This benefited from down-sizing to avoid an overly loose fit, while retaining its intentional aesthetic.

Get them!
The color is unique: soft yellow, almost ecru. The material feels like a linen or summer-weight wool. The length is a dream for me at almost 5’9”. They sit lower on your hip bone and have flattering pleats that are sewn flat to avoid bulk at your hips. These will be a repeat rental…if I don’t buy them first. The matching blazer is excellent too!

Sleeves were slightly too short. The lining is terrible: clung to my hosiery, often was visible in the leg opening, and didn’t match-up to the dress’ seams. The “tie” at the waist was Al’s weird. All that said: it did the job.

Super Warm
Kept me warm in 10 degree weather. Long, thick and optionally closes all the way up to your chin. The pockets are also perfectly placed for ease and are deep enough to hold a phone, gloves, tissues, etc. The sizing is generous. I am a true size 4 and the Small fit like it was a size 6 or 8.

Boss is normally a go-to brand for me. But these pants were slightly too large in the waist and the material made them fit light stretch pants due to their extremely slim cut in the legs, plus they were too short. Unwearable unless you have very skinny legs.

Too much leg
As others noted: depending on your height the front slit may expose too much for an office but just fine for casual wearing. The buttons do tend to gape, just due to the knit material, so I’ll wear with a slip or am considering it to be worn over pants and a tank like a long sweater. The knit is high quality and color is delicate.

Interesting in a Good Way
The material looks like curtains and the pictures make them seem like they’d be too short on tall women. But, these are the things that make them great! They were not too short on me (5’9”) at right above my ankles they looked like an intensional length. And the material is super soft and the woven quality lets your skin breathe on hot days. I also liked the denim waist band as a great contrast to the pants’s material, but also as a way to be matchy if you wanted to wear a denim jacket/blazer.

Didn’t want to love it, but I did
This dress is complicated in its construction which made it really interesting to me. And, after wearing it all day I still didn’t want to take it off. Sensory note: the sleeves have gathered netting at the top, which allows the sleeve to have a slight poof. That netting was pretty itchy to me.

Lovely, but…
While I’m not a fan of floral prints, this dress remained modern with the squared top. I hadn’t realized there was an internal camisole that allows the external top portion to be loose. The high neckline was comfortable but the buttons at the nap of the neck were challenging to close and open without help.

Perfection
This dress fit me perfectly while remaining comfortable and loose. Recommend to size down if a tighter fit is desired. The slight silver sparkle does not read: holiday, but could! It was great for the office and when outside in hot/humid weather because it breathes while having a thicker weave. Bonus: the sleeve length is just below the elbow and creates modesty and prevents chill in AC environments. This dress is also offered in an off-white color that is also gorgeous.

Breezy II
This is TTS blazer that offers room to have long sleeves underneath while still looking cinched when comfortably buttoned. Note that this material is soft and doesn’t lend itself to a crisp professional look. The construction is the high quality you’d expect from Boss, and actually doesn’t rumple much. Looks great with the matching suit trousers but also easily was used as a separate over dresses. The color is almost ecru and not true white.

These are light and airy material with trouser-style wide legs. Due to their slight transparency, I wore flesh colored Spanx-shorts which worked to maintain modesty. However, these are not a fit that requires underneath smoothing or support. With the matching blazer, it is one of my favorite suits to rent. Did not earn five stars as there is visible wear that lends itself more to a slightly less-business-formal usage. Length was perfect: I’m almost 5’10” and wore a kitten healed slide with the hem touching the top of my shoe and not the ground.
