I wanted to rent this for a year and finally pulled the trigger. Rented a M & L. Incredibly disappointed when I realized the fabric on both dresses did not withstand the abuse put on by other VERY large breasted past-renters (look at the photo reviews). I’m not exactly small-chested. The amount of cupping on both sides near the armpits was egregious. Absolutely could not wear either size unless I safety pinned both sides of the dress taut (I didn’t). And like others said, the straps are unadjustable. A total waste of $150.

Comfy, Flattering & Tall-Friendly
I'm 5'7" without heels & 150lbs. I went with the Medium, which was surprisingly loose. I don't think a Small would have been better, I was just surprised by all the extra room. I think a bigger chest would have made it more form-fitting, but as you can see in the picture, the extra material does not = frumpy.

So Flattering
I rented the size 12 & 10 because they didn't have a 14 available (that's what I thought would fit best at the time). I accidentally ended up wearing the size 10, all night thinking it was the 12. I was shook! But explains why it was so tight putting on. However, I don't think a bigger version would have been as flattering. You may want to add a belt. I tried two different ones and ended up with one that had a bit of gold to match my purse. So many compliments!

Not as white as I needed for Diner en Blanc - it's more of a cream, so that was disappointing.
Not the best if you have a belly, as the mermaid cut will accentuate it. But it's comfortable and cute as a summer dress.

Did not hold the girls - had to keep pulling up - wishing I used double sides tape. It was extremely snug - like, difficult to sit in. But standing up it was beautiful!!!!
