There is definitely something to be said for wearing a $600 dress out for a nice dinner. I would not have spent that much on a dress for myself, but love that the boost of confidence that wearing a well-made and designer dress gave me while having dinner at a high end restaurant for my husband's birthday. The dress definitely runs small. After recently losing 82 pounds, I'm very aware of sizing. I would normally wear a 12, but the 16 fit perfectly, especially over my ample breasts. But the structure and fit of the dress let me go without any type of Spanx type devices which was pleasant for a long dinner out.
