Pretty color and decent fit
I did not wind up wearing this due to the fit. Great color and style, but one of the straps across the back was elastic, which pinched in an unattractive way. I tried on the 2R and could not have gone larger otherwise it would be too big.

Amazing dress that was perfect for a black tie summer wedding on the water in Chicago.
Definitely a show-stopper. Received a ton of compliments. The only reason I gave this dress a 4 instead of a 5 is because my bra kept showing in the cut out. I probably needed to size down so that it was tighter under there, but other than that, I love this dress. It was breathable and easy to dance in. I would suggest sizing down. Wish this dress came in other colors too!

Easy dress for am informal fall wedding.
The fit was great and accentuated all the right places. It runs a little large - normally I would get a small, but I sized down based on other comments. It was a shorter dress, so if you are not one to wear minis, this may not be the best option. Overall the dress was great. Admittedly it didn't stand out to me compared to all the other dresses I have rented, so it is probably a one and done.

Stunning black dress, that seems conservative from the front, but the back adds a nice touch.
This is one of my all time favorite dresses. There is no doubt in my mind that I would buy it. I wore it to my cousins wedding (fancy, but not black tie). It definitely runs large, so size down. Once you get the size right, it fits perfectly. It is breathable, conservative and sexy at the same time. I really loved everything about it.

Nice fitted black dress for more formal affairs.
I wore this to a black tie wedding that was partially outdoors (I was the date of a guest, so I went with knee length instead of long). The size fit perfectly. The reason for giving it a 3 is because it was such a thick dress that if wherever you are is at all warm, the heat was significantly amplified by the thickness of the dress and the material.

Added a little extra to what was already a great dress (also from RTR).
The earrings were not heavy on the ears at all, which is a nice change for costume jewelry. I wore a red dress from RTR, so adding the gold sparkle, was the perfect touch (no necklace necessary). It helped that I received a bunch of compliments on the earrings, which I tend to feed is atypical when your hair is down and covering part of the earrings.

I would say the dress runs a little large - I tend to fall on the smaller end of a size 4, but the 4 was definitely way too big. The size 2 was close to perfect, maybe it had just a little extra fabric. Other reviews mentioned the lining constantly shifting - which is accurate, but I knew going into it that it would likely happen - I was just willing to deal with it because it is a beautiful dress. It was pretty easy to dance in, but it is tighter around the legs. Coincidentally, one of my friends rented the identical dress for the same wedding, and what could have been awful wound up being pretty funny and was fine because althoguh we have different body types (she is a couple inches taller and thinner), it still looked great on both and we received a ton of compliments.

Great color, super comfortable, conservative but sexy
Picked this pretty last minute and wasn't as excited about it, but when I tried it on and when I wore it to a friend's wedding, I received a million compliments. It was really comfortable, while also being the perfect cross between sexy and conservative. It definitely runs large - I typically wear a 2 or a 4 (more towards a 4), but both of those sizes were huge. The 0 was even a little big in the stomach, so just make sure you account for that.
