If you've got a formal dinner without dancing, this is perfect. It's beautiful. It's flattering. It has a built in bra. There's no need for any special undergarments. The back is gorgeous. It hugs all the right places. I wore it for a Día de los Muertos gala. The only problem with this dress was I had to be VERY careful while dancing not to snag my high heels in the lace on the little train. I wish it had a bustle spot would be easier to dance in.

This dress fit like it was made for my pearglassthletic body. It's hard to find something that fits around my lower half without being too big in the waist. I ordered the 42L and 44L, and I worethe 42 because it was more flattering at the waist. The stretchy fabric of this gown hugged in all the right places without turning me into a sausage. It was comfortable to dance in with no fashion tape or bra (I'm a 34B+/C-), and it looked great without spanx. At 5'8", I ordered the long and worried it was too long when I first tried it on, but once I had on heels, no problem - I just held onto the train while dancing.

The fit is actually very forgiving. I had a tough time deciding between the small and the medium - they both looked really good on. In the end I chose the medium because it was a daytime wedding, but the small would have been perfect for an evening cocktail party. The medium was a tad bit longer and not quite as snug, but they both looked awesome. The color is beautiful, and the ruching is very flattering. The dress was very comfortable, and everything stayed where it belonged even when I was dancing to "Gangnam Style."

I wore this for a fairly formal event, and it was perfect. There are flecks of gold in the pattern, which dress it up nicely. It fit well and was flattering, and nobody had a dress like mine at the party. It was comfortable to wear all night, and required no tugging or adjusting to keep in place while dancing.

It is complicated to get into - the dress is really a feat of engineering. When you get it, lay it out and look at it. BEFORE you put it on, untie and re-tie everything and fiddle with the built-in bra clasps until you've figured it out. You may need a helping hand with the bows in the back when you do put it on. All the work will pay off when you look in the mirror. Also, no undergarments are necessary! The built-in bra/bodice handles the waist-up quite nicely, and the dress fit so well below the waist that I did not need Spanx or anything (which is good because the waist of the undergarment would have shown through the keyholes in the back of the dress). Even better, the dress stayed in place; I didn't have to tug on it or adjust it at all, and I was on the dance floor most of the evening. It is really an amazing dress. I might've cried a little when I had to drop it in the mailbox to return it.
