I received so many compliments on this dress. It is perfect for a cocktail-attire spring wedding. The dress is also incredibly comfortable and easy to dance and move in. I would definitely order a size down for your second size - I usually wear a 4 and the 4 was just a little too big for me - the 2 fit perfectly.

I rented this dress after trying it on in the Soho showroom. I never wear red but really liked this dress. It's also a muted red - not incredibly bright so perfectly appropriate to wear to a wedding. I am 5'4" and the showroom attendant told me to rent the regular length - I would've been interested to see if the petite length would've been a bit better since it did drag on the ground a bit. Overall, I was very happy with the dress. It was exactly what I was looking for for a friend's black tie wedding!

I rented this for an early summer outdoor wedding. I have rented a lot of dresses from RTR and this was was the most noticeably worn of any of the dresses I have rented thus far. The dress is very fragile, but there were many pulls and stray threads in the size 10 dress I wore. I am thinking this is why it was so cheap to rent! It is definitely a cute dress, but the wear didn't make it feel as special as the other dresses I have rented.

I rented this dress after going to a fitting at the RTR shop in Bendel's. I never would've picked this for myself, so thank you to Jessica for helping me find this! This dress runs true to size and is absolutely stunning. The fabric is heavy and thick, so if you're going to a wedding in the summer, this might not be the best for you. It was perfect for a spring vineyard wedding in Delaware because while it was sunny, it was still a little chilly. I will definitely rent a Halston Heritage dress again because of this beautiful dress!

I rented this dress for my significant other's cousin's early spring wedding. I didn't want anything flashy, but I still wanted a dress with color that was comfortable enough to dance in, and this was the perfect choice. One caveat - the material is not too stretchy, so if you want to really get down on the dance floor you might have to hike the skirt up. Wasn't really a problem for me because I'm 5'4", but could be a problem for taller gals! Also, the dress has pockets, which is a welcome bonus! Definitely rent a statement necklace with this to dress it up.

I wore this dress for my 30th birthday party two years ago. I was a bit skinnier then due to training for a marathon, so ordered a size 2 and 4, but went with the 2 because it fit better. It was a really hot dress - I got so many compliments! It is a thicker material though, so take heed if you're ordering it in a warmer month or climate!
