I liked this a lot but I think the buttons make it a bit more "mature" in a way I did not expect. They are "heavy" but that did not bother me so much. Cute cut, and I wore during pregnancy open with dresses or tanks.

At first I sized to pre pregnancy, and it was very tight on my top and arms (and this was just in my 1st trimester). Sizing up to M worked for me (normally an XS-S). Definitely good for work. I think it will be tough for me to pull off in NYC summer, which is why I swapped. But good quality and practical.
