Perfect dress for a Black Tie New Years Eve Wedding
It is low cut but still tasteful. I struggle with sizes sometimes because my top is much smaller than my bottom, but I went with my shirt size rather than my pant size and it fit perfectly. The bottom falls straight down but has a lot of movement for dancing. So fun!
