I’m 5’4 and this dress hit me in all the wrong places. My torso is too short to see the cutouts outs. the hip area was too big and rounded while the breast and waist area was tight. I looked like a sad apple. I think on a taller body it would be beautiful. The fabric and texture is really nice. It’s a lovely dress just not a good fit for a short body.

Fun dress, beautiful colors, lots of compliments. I thought it ran on the small side. US size 8 (my street size is 6 or 8) was tight for in the breast area (and I don’t have large breasts). Too tight to wear a bra and felt my breasts looked smashed. I think maybe one size up w a push up bra would have felt and looked better. Regardless, it was a hit.

I had some problems with this dress, mostly because I wasn't wearing the correct size. I wore the 8R and it was pretty tight in the chest, I'm a 36B. The 10R fit better in the chest (although a little too long). I have a nice corset push up bra that I could have worn with the 10R, but upon trying the dress on the night before, the zipper completely jammed at the waist when unzipping and after 20 minutes of trying to get out of the dress, I ultimately had to rip the zipper out. I was forced to wear the 8 which completely mushed my breasts flat, there was no room to wear a push-up bra, and the dress just didn't sit right on my chest. Overall, it's a beautiful dress, but I didn't feel like I looked as good as I could have. Even the zipper on the size 8 was tricky. My strong boyfriend had problems getting it zipped. It's really hard to zip over the satin waist detail. I'm 5'4 and had platform heels on and the length was perfect, any shorter heel and it would have been too long. I would suggest sizing up and try the dress on ASAP so you have time to get another one shipped to you if there is a zipper problem. Rent the Runway was closed at the time of the zipper incident so there was no way to get another dress in time for my event. This was my back-up dress so Rent the Runway credited me $32.50 for the dress, which was really great, but it doesn't change the fact that I had mushed pancake boobs all night. Pretty disappointing for the amount of money I paid to look and feel fantastic.
